Charles W. Salyer, Jr., 66, of Plymouth passed away peacefully in his home on October 5, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on July 22, 1957 to Charles Sr. and Syntha (Howard) Salyer in Martin, KY.

In his free time, he spent time deer hunting and fishing; along with gardening and cutting wood at his property. He also liked visiting area yard sales. If it had to do with the outdoors, Jr. loved it. Jr. was a dedicated member of the NRA.
His family remembers him as being a smart, happy-go-lucky person with an easy-going mentality. He went out of his way to help others and enjoyed doing so. Jr. liked to talk with his friends and family on the phone on a regular basis.

I didn’t know Charles but I do know Bruce. What I read being true on how Bruce takes after him then I know I would have enjoyed being in Charles company. My prayers and thoughts go to the family for their loss. Hopefully Charles will find Heaven to be the ultimate outdoors.
