Donna Martin was my step grandmother from the age of 5. I\’m currently 24. She was the only grandma I had. She was so fun and so full of life, she did things a grandma was supposed to. She was truly an angel. I\’m still shocked she is gone. She\’s in a much better place though. I know she\’s well again and not hurting. I love you grandma.

My sincere condolences on the loss of Donna. Though I didn\’t know her personally, I have come to know her a little through association with her daughter, Macey, on Facebook, and have been impressed with the part of her I got to know. You all have been blessed in a way do few seem to be.

I never had the priviledge of knowing Donna, she was taken from this world too soon. I send my deepest sympathies to her husband, children, and all the loved ones left behind. I know that there are no words to take away the pain of loss, but try to take comfort in knowing that she was a beautiful woman who lived a beautiful life, and you will be reunitied again someday.

Longing For One More DayWhen we lose someone we love it seems that time stands still. What moves through us is a silence… a quiet sadness… A longing for one more day… one more word… one more touch… We may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. We will see you again some day, in a heavenly place where there is no parting. A place where there are no words that mean good-bye
