Aunt Donnabelle was an amazing, strong woman. She was the last matriarch and will be missed, deeply. There are so many great memories, since childhood, to cherish and hold on to. It was always the best words to hear when Mom would say “We’re going over to Aunt Donnabelle’s.” The fun, crazy times was had by the family. ALL the family (and there were quite a lot of us)♥️Aunt Donnabelle, thank you for always smiling! Thank you for the times we’d laugh and work on a puzzle. Thank you for the hilarious moments, especially with the girls, when I came home to visit. (You were always one of the first I couldn’t wait to see!) Thank you for the awesome family and many, many cousins that wouldn’t be here without you. Oh, and your potato salad! That is one recipe that never changed and was always the same each and every time! (Wish I had some now!) You were the best and I will always miss you and will never forget….
Love always,
Jimmy Himes
